Hilary Wainwright is a Fellow of the Transnational Institute in Amsterdam, Senior Research Associate of the International Centre for Participation Studies, Bradford University and Co-editor of Red Pepper. Her book on Public Service Reform, written with Mathew Little, was published by Picnic in February 2009.
